At DreamProviders, we offer an array of non-medical caregiving services for people of all ages and with many different needs. We are a licensed home services agency. We can provide scheduled care by the hour, or full time, with caregivers available 24/7 if needed. We do not provide medical care.
However, in the case of a medical emergency, our caregivers will be there to alert the proper medical personnel as soon as possible. Our staff is trained in quick response and identification techniques in order to be able to recognize potential medical issues and take action to get people the help they need from medical doctors and nurses. Our services are all done with compassion, communication, patience, and understanding in mind.
The first are healthcare professionals who provide medical care in the home according to the orders of a doctor. These can include social workers, physical therapists and nurses.
The second are caregivers who serve as companions, homemakers and aides. They are there to help with non-medical tasks and activities. Our Caregivers can help an older person with day to day living activities, a family member recovering from surgery or other medical treatment, or a busy Mom or Dad needing assistance with errands or childcare activities.
We provide non-medical type of caregiving. We make sure you and your loved one have peace of mind knowing that the everyday wants and needs are being attended to.
Because every situation is different, DreamProviders can help determine the level of in-home care that your loved one or parent needs. As those needs change, services can be either increased or decreased.
DreamProviders is licensed as a home services agency.
DreamProviders heavily screens all of our professional home health care providers with meticulous detail before hiring them. Every candidate must pass a criminal background check and cannot have any history of abuse or financial exploitation. We also train them thoroughly, regularly assess their work, and listen and respond to any feedback we get from our clients and their families. Every step is taken from a training and screening perspective to ensure that the person in charge of taking care of your loved one is the best of the best. That is our commitment to you.
This all depends on your service package, but generally speaking you will have a regular caregiver who does home visits, with an occasional supervisor visit to assess them and to check in with you if needed. Your caregiver may come daily, at certain hours, or on certain days, depending on the service you require. We are always willing to work with you to book a schedule that’s conducive to your time and the budget you set for your service plan. DreamProviders believes in punctuality and accountability as a top value. If your regular caregiver is unable to make it due to an emergency, we will find a way to get someone to fill in for them ASAP.
Yes, we accept private pay, private insurance, and Medicaid. We also accept veteran benefits coverage. We will work with your insurance providers to make sure you’re getting everything you’re covered for under your policy. Most insurance will cover this type of professional home health care, but it’s always good to inquire directly with your insurance company before committing to services just to be sure.
